Victim-1 and Victim-2 were walking eastbound on Nordhoff Street when the suspect(s) vehicle (dark colored 4-doorChrysler 200) slowed down and unknown suspect(s) fired two shots towards the victim’s. Victim-1 was struck in the head and Victim-2 ran westbound on Nordhoff Street. The suspect(s) vehicle fled eastbound on Nordhoff St towards Sepulveda Blvd.
